The Northwest Arkansas Mall Guest Service Center is located at center court and provides information about store offerings, local tourism opportunities, and tickets to community entertainment events.  The following services are available at Guest Services:


Copies/Faxes – Copies are available for $.25 each and fax service $1 per page to receive
and $3 first page / $1 each additional page to send.

GiftCards – May be purchased by cash or credit card.

Security – Need assistance locating a lost friend or a friendly escort to your vehicle, stop
by Guest Services and request a hand from our security staff.  They are happy to be in service to you.

Special Programs – Mallwalker and Kids’ Club registration.

Wheelchairs – Located at Guest Services, free of charge.
